To reserve a date, a deposit of 50% is due upon signing a rental agreement. The balance is due 30 days prior to your event date.
A standard package includes a 8 Hours Rental, Sound System, Color Downlighting System, Operating Staff, Tables & Chairs, 55" LED TV w/DVD Player, Red Carpet/ Velvet Ropes at theMain Entrance, Wifi Access, Clean-up
Cancellations must be submitted in writting and rental payments are non-refundable. The Change Date fee is 25% of the rental rate. New dates are based on availability and vaild for 1 year.
We can accommodate 150 guests for a Seated Dinner | 350 guests for a Cocktail Reception

Clients are permitted to bring in their own food or hire a Catering Company. However, Clients are NOT permitted to bring in beverages. KAI studio provides premium non-alcoholic and alcoholic beverages. Kosher foods are also welcomed.
No. Only street parking is available. However, Valet Parking Services is available for an additional fee.
Yes. All vendors that are working on-site must have insurance and name KAI studio as "Additional Insured" . If a vendor does not have insurance, we can recommend several event insurance agencies that offers affordable rates.
We're easily accessible to the "C", "S" Trains to "Franklin Ave" - #4 & #5 Trains to Eastern Parkway, Long Island Railroad at the Barclays Center and the #65 Bus to Dean Street & Franklin Ave
Yes. We also offer "White Glove Services" (at no additonal charge); to order rentals, book entertainment and hire speciality vendors on your behalf.
